I am a designated Property Manager registered under CMRAO. As a Property Manager, I developed my communication skills, by helping homeowners and communicating with contractors to ensure proper maintenance of the properties I managed. Customer Service is the most important aspect of this field and as a PM I have helped many clients with their day to day issues.
IT Applications
As of Feb 2020, Dove Square transferred me into their IT Department. I worked as a Junior Programmer Analyst helping the company in the back end with the software they utilize. I learned how to use multiple condo related software as well as learned how to troubleshoot any issues that came with Windows 10's interaction with said software.
Database Management
As a Junior Programmer Analyst, I was responsible for maintaining data for multiple condos stored on Dove Squares cloud server. This involved updating and securing information for over 35 Condominium buildings throughout the GTA. I also spearheaded the project of transferring our data from one database into another and ensured everything transferred over successfully.
